Property Management Details
10% of Gross Rents Per Month Cover the Following Services;
- communication between licensed contractors as needed
- tenant communication (notifications of work at unit, rent increases, etc.)
- collecting rents
- rental unit inspections
- diagnose any tenant or building issues
- accounts payable – payment of all invoices
- accounts receivable – deposits and collections of past due/other fees
- 24 hour emergency contact/ response for tenants
- remind tenants of routine maintenance or proper use of property/ equipment
monthly management statements with financials and repairs
10% Tenant Placement / Finders’ Fee of 1 Months Rent Per Tenant Includes the Following Services.
- listing apartment on multiple websites including our own
- scheduling and showing the apartment to prospective tenants
- complete online application process with credit check, employment verification
- lease services
- collecting security deposits and 1st month’s rent
