Restoration of tennis court: rails and ground covering!
Removed the fence and currently applying Corothane to the metal posts. Next step is to reinstall the fencing and recondition the court floor.

Foreside Commons exterior painting project. Through pressure washing and preparation of all exterior surfaces. Application of two coats of solid stain on siding, and two coats of paint on the trim.

Job complete on our repeat customer’s home in Falmouth, ME. Project included painting the cedar clapboards and pine trim.
Madokawando Landing
This is a house in Falmouth, Maine. We are doing some carpentry while we are here. It is being scraped, caulked, and primed. Once the prep is complete, a solid stain, cottage red, is applied on the siding. The trim is a super white satin finish.
Deck Restoration
We used a hardwood floor drum sander to fully remove the old product from the deck floor. We set all of the nails, fixed any carpentry issues and installed an oil based deck sealer/toner. The accenting trim around the deck system received two coats of solid stain!
