Hutchin’s School Restoration

Full restoration of siding and trim on the South Portland Hutchins School. After prep work was completed two coats of Sherwin-Williams Super Paint was applied to all siding and trim. The work was paid for by a federal block grant.
It allows a city to improve buildings and parks.

Painting The Higgins Beach Inn

Fifth year painting the Higgins Beach Inn! Great place to work right next to the Atlantic Ocean! Each year Clarke Painting performs regular maintenance to the exterior paint by replacing any necessary rotten wood and application of fresh paint.

Finished paint job in Ogunquit, Maine

Carpentry and exterior painting completed. Two coats of Sherwin-Williams solid stain and two coats of exterior paint applied.

Kitchen Cabinet Restoration

Step 1: remove all hardware, drawers and doors
Step 2: sand all surfaces
Step 3: clean all surfaces with the following solution; 1 cup of windex, a shot of clear vinegar and one gallon of warm water, mix it all together
Step 4: spray all surfaces with an adhesion primer
Step 5: lightly sand between coats
Step 6: spray three coats of finish on all surfaces.
Step 7: allow two to three days for dry time
Step 8: reinstall all hardware, drawers and doors
Step 9: enjoy

This is a before and after picture of one of our apartment buildings! Our tenants were very impressed about the improvement. The abutting neighbors were thankful for us buying the building and fixing it up.
